I help TEENS & YOUNG ADULTS cope and conquer the developmental, relational, social, and emotional pressures by exploring their inner dialogue, validating their concerns, recognizing their resilience thus developing self confidence.

I use humor to help get us through.I come from a big family that has trained me in chaos management, in NOT overlooking the details, and in togetherness (among other things). I have years of diversified clinical experience from working in schools, hospitals, one on one settings, groups and recovery centers
