I use an integrative approach, combining my background in psychotherapy with neurofeedback to facilitate the healing process. I have used traditional methods alone for years to help clients heal, and am now Board Certified in Neurofeedback and able to integrate this approach as well. For many, the effects are life-changing. Neurofeedback therapy stabilizes the brain, creating a foundation that allows other psychotherapeutic techniques to be more effective.
Neurofeedback therapy can help PTSD, ADHD, Anxiety, Depression, and Insomnia. Whether it's due to genetics or various life experiences, the brain can develop instabilities over time, which gives rise to these issues. But the brain is also able to change.
