Establishing a solid therapeutic relationship includes safety, confidentiality, respect, validation, support, patience,hope and a clear focus of therapy goals. I am interactive and collaborative in therapy sessions, helping individuals explore unhelpful coping strategies, heal attachment disorders, & explore the psychodynamics of what is really causing trouble below the surface. I employ both experimental and empirically validated methods that have been developed from the studies of the neurobiology of attachment, trauma, consciousness and mindfulness, as well as complementary traditions of mind-body healing. Partnering with my patients in the transformational process produces resilency that is needed for substantial change.

Emotional Transformation Therapy (ETT(tm)) utilizing frequencies of light (color) stimulating and influencing change within the brain impacting emotional responses via neural networks to the body. Once emotional dysregulation is reduced, most distressing symptoms and negative cognitions are diminished. ETT(tm) has numerous SPECT brain scans, pre and post treatment, verifying actual changes in the brain.

With over 13 years of training experience, workshops, and cutting edge therapy alternatives- I completed Level I EMDR (1998) before empiracle validation was established. Simularily trained in ETT(tm) (2008) continues to be my favorite form of therapy due to rapid, transformational process that I see clients experiencing with excellent resolve not seen with other interventions.
