Cope Counseling and Consulting, LLC was founded in 2023 with a mission of reducing barriers and increasing accessibility for all. We do this by accepting private and public insurance and providing sliding scale fees to keep therapy affordable. We are a telehealth-based company to help expand our reach. Additionally, I am a multiracial therapist serving all communities and people in Colorado.
I believe in using a holistic, whole-person approach to finding balance between your thoughts and emotions. I specialize in trauma, PTSD, anxiety, depression, low self-esteem and relationships. Treatment modalities include EMDR, ketamine-assisted psychotherapy, CBT, DBT, and most importantly, a person-centered approach tailored to you.
