Therapy is a holistic, and collaborative undertaking. I am a Trauma-Informed therapist, drawing on a number of modalities including Relational Psychodynamic, EMDR, Attachment Theory, Object Relations, Intersectionality, Existential, Systems Theory, Mindfulness, and Somatic Therapy.
