If you don't believe in a spirit, you can focus on mind and body activation. Neurobiologically, the brain produces a way for you to heal, persevere, and grow by managing physical and/or emotional pain. Yes, this approach also works for physical illness and chronic pain. I also specialize in relationship wellness. Together, we explore how your relationships impact you and your aspirations for human connection. I offer a perception screening that outlines your thinking patterns, both seemingly rational and rational.
