We will use interventions that are going to work best for you based on your individual challenges, beliefs, and values. My sessions are a judgment-free zone and I want to meet you where you're at.
I like to focus on what's happening for you in the present and work together towards an understanding of how the past might be influencing that. I also have training and experience working with perinatal and postpartum issues, addiction, PTSD, anxiety, depression, mood and personality disorders, and trauma.
