Making the decision to begin therapy is a difficult one, but one that is very rewarding once you have the desire to facilitate real change in your life. I will help guide you through your journey. Therapy is a process of learning and discovering who you are as well as uncovering what may be preventing you from reaching your goals. My goal is to help you achieve those goals. The end result is most often enlightenment, empowerment where you are able to make better choices and be more confident in your daily life. My specialities include EMDR, CBT and EFT for couples. Most of my clients prefer in-office but I also offer telehealth through a HIPPA compliant platform. My office is a designated solo space so you will have privacy when you arrive and masks available.
