Rebecca Tukachinsky Forster Ph.D.

Rebecca Tukachinsky Forster, Ph.D., is an associate professor of communication at Chapman University's School of Communication. She studies media psychology, namely how individuals choose, comprehend, and can ultimately be influenced by media. She authored and edited books examining audiences' involvement with media personalities, and developed a science-based media literacy workshop for parents and children to promote healthy media habits.
