Peter Gärdenfors, Ph.D., is a professor of cognitive science at Lund University, Sweden. He is a member of the Royal Swedish Academy of Letters, History and Antiquities and also of the Academy of Sciences. He was a member of the Nobel Prize committee in Economic Sciences from 2011 to 2017. He's written several books, including Conceptual Spaces: The Geometry of Thought. He was awarded the Einar Hansen Honorary Prize in Humanities 2017 and the Swenson Prize in Humanities and Social Sciences 2021.
