Hi, I'm Cara and I've been practicing mental health since 2010. It wasn't until I gave birth in 2021 that I realized a real need for counselors trained in all things postpartum. Postpartum issues can range from depression and anxiety to Bipolar disorder, grief, OCD, PTSD, and psychosis. They can also be present in someone other than the one who gave birth! Partners, close social supports, adoptive parents, and even birthing professionals can experience these issues. With the right treatment things can get better! If you're experiencing any issues listed above, regardless of parental status I'd love to help.
I can help with depression, anxiety, post-traumatic stress, grief, bipolar disorder, abuse, or simply having someone to talk things through.
