If you are looking for a non-judgmental space to explore why you are feeling the way you are feeling and what to do about it, this is it. I enjoy helping people feel not so alone while trying to figure out how to move forward. Life doesn't always have to be this hard. I know things can get better for you and if you are ready to find out how, let's get started. I am especially passionate about helping teens and young adults because we are setting up the habits and thoughts that will shape the rest of your life. I hope you take care of yourself today and look forward to meeting you!
I have worked with a variety of challenges including mood disturbances, depression, anxiety, ADHD, and identity confusion. My clients come to me because of my warmth, genuine interest, and breadth of strategies to help them work through the rough times they experience.
My availability is between 9am-3pm Monday-Thursday, and 12pm-3pm Friday. Please email to schedule an appointment. Thanks and I look forward to working with you!
