I welcome you to taking the first step to supporting your individual/couple/family mental/emotional needs. It is a huge step and I am here to support you in your therapeutic process. I am bilingual (English/Spanish) Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. I have extensive training, and experience working with adults, and couples on a broad range of issues particularly trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and family conflict. In addition to providing therapy, I also lead and organize couples retreats/workshops, therapist retreats (trainings), and Wellness Retreats.
I'm here to provide you with guidance and support as you go on your unique path of self improvement. I am an EMDR Certified Therapist and an approved EMDR Consultant in training. I am Gottman Couple's Therapy Level 3 trained. I am also trained in Gottman's Treating Affairs and Trauma. I specialize in providing couples marathons and EMDR Intensives as well.

Couples /Marriage Retreat
Couple’s Retreat is February 18th to February 23rd in Puerto Vallarta, MX. The couples workshop will be on Gottman’s “7 principles for making a marriage work”. In addition to having a couple’s workshop, there will be other activities planned that will support the couple reconnecting with one another and utilizing the skills learned. This retreat will be facilitated by Arilda Surridge, MA, LMFT.Cost of this Retreat is: $5,499.00 USD per couple. This is an 5 night All Inclusive Stay.
