The truth is, as social beings, humans were never meant to face life's trials and tribulations alone; it is in relationship with others that we are able to uncover our greatest strengths and discover our inner courage. Combining professional clinical experience with research-based training, my counselling approach is collaborative, supportive, open-minded, and compassionate. I specialize in depression; anxiety; chronic illness and pain (including Long COVID, Chronic Fatigue Syndrome aka ME/CFS, and Fibromyalgia); complex PTSD and developmental trauma.
I know how tough life can get. I have had my own challenges with depression, anxiety, and chronic illness and currently live with ME/CFS. It is through my personal experiences of overcoming and managing these challenges that I aspire to help others who strive, like me, to find confidence, clarity, and strength to live their best life possible.
