I fully believe the statement by Jon Kabat Zinn who said, “As long as you are breathing there is more right with you than wrong with you.” My goal as a therapist is to draw out the strengths that you already have and help you build new skills in order to face the challenges, transitions, and stresses that you are facing in your life.

I will use various approaches including Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction and EMDR to help you build skills to manage the stresses that you are currently facing as well as help you find the root of those stresses and resolve them at a deeper level. I also do couples therapy using the Gottman Method to strengthening relationships and resolve conflict.
