Robyn Krugman LCSW

About

Robyn Krugman, LCSW, is a former people-pleasing, overextended therapist who has taken her practice and her life back. Robyn wears many hats as a therapist in private practice, a clinical supervisor, a professor at Rutgers School of Social Work, and a coach for other therapists.

Robyn has learned from her mistakes in private practice and, as a result, has become passionate about creating programs to ensure other therapists can avoid burnout. Robyn works with therapists to help them put systems in place to make sure they are paying themselves a salary where they can both live and enjoy life, giving themselves ample vacation time, and scheduling clients in a way to ensure they have the time to enjoy the things that matter most to them.

Robyn helps other therapists create nourishing and sustainable private practices. Robyn’s model is not one size fits all; she trusts the instincts of each therapist to help them make decisions that are aligned with their personal goals, values, and priorities.
