Dritjon (Jon) Gruda, Ph.D., is an invited Associate Professor of Organizational Behavior at Universidade Católica Portuguesa, Católica Porto Business School and CEGE, and a Lecturer at the National University of Ireland Maynooth. His research explores leadership and personality oftentimes via the use of new technologies such as machine learning and artificial intelligence. Dr. Gruda's work has been published in a range of peer-reviewed journals including Personality and Individual Differences, Personality and Social Psychology Bulletin, Computers in Human Behavior, and Harvard Business Review.
