Together, we work towards uncovering your ability to use your strengths in tackling and overcoming obstacles and barriers, so you can feel empowered and at peace.

After years of working as a Certified Professional Life Coach and Grief Specialist, helping individuals face their fears, rediscover their authentic selves, and build healthier relationships, I pursued my educational development to become a Counselling Psychotherapist.

I have dedicated hundreds of hours working with immigrant women to help them integrate into their new culture and move forward with clarity and confidence. Supporting people to achieve their life and relationship goals is not work for me, it’s my passion!
