I help teenagers and adults who want to be confident and happy but are feeling weighed down by anxiety, stress, and depression. My clients find that issues with school, work, relationships, identity, and/or self-esteem makes life difficult to enjoy. They feel stuck due to the problems they are experiencing.
Life can be tough, I understand and can help. In sessions, we'll figure out who you are, who you want to be, and how to get there. By using solution focused, narrative, collaborative, and strength based therapies, I'll help you build confidence, gain insight, and find happiness
I'm a skilled counsellor that has been helping teens and adults since 2015. I have past experience working as a counsellor at Dalhousie University and as a Child and Youth Mental Health Clinician for the BC government. My office hours are Mon/Tues. The intake session costs $300 and sessions afterwards are $275 (tax included in prices).
