Brave Bites is an eating disorder treatment and support clinic run by Natasha Griffiths (MSW/BSW/RSW) and Julie Pannell (BScPN/RPN). Brave Bites offers a multi-disciplinary, family-centered approach to eating disorder treatment. Our unique clinic provides individual therapy, family therapy, sibling support and groups. Natasha and Julie are experienced and compassionate therapists who have helped many families navigate the challenges of eating disorders.
Our clinic offers a safe and supportive space for parents and caregivers of children/teens with eating disorders. We offer peer-to-peer sharing, support, education, guidance, encouragement, and hope as we support our loved ones into recovery. We approach treatment from a holistic lens and address all aspects of eating disorder recovery.
We have confidence in complete recovery and the first step is reaching out to schedule a free 15 minute consultation. Please note that a formal eating disorder diagnosis is not required. Brave Bites works with individuals and families experiencing any and all eating disordered behaviors and thoughts, including body image concerns.
